Dr. Bachstein has been my primary physician for the last eight years and I have told everyone I have never gone to him that he did not find the cause and by the next day I was much better. He never rushes and listens to my complaints and has always diagnosed my ailments properly. And Jen his nurse is just a good of a nurse as he is a doctor. I am fortunate I found them.

Dr. B takes the time with his patients to find out whats going on. At your visit you feel like hes really listening and Ive never felt like I was just a number. Hes the only provider Ive ever seen that looked at charts sent to him from other providers.

My husband I have an aging father who sees Dr. B regularly.Due to certain health issues the 91 yr old has had 3 ER 3 hospitalizations through another hospital. Not St.Thomas. We had legitimate concerns called the office spoke to some amazing people and left the detailed msg wnurse Jen. She was great. She took our concerns to heart and Dr. B called us that evening in Michigan 730 pm Unheard of. He answered all our questions had true compassion as a doctor and shared some valuable insight for what my 91 yrs old father in law faces next. The family all in MI now have a plan and hope going forward.The only reason for 4 stars we just don’t want the compliment to go to his head Just kidding. Thank you.
