I love this place my son's doctor did more for him in one visit then other doctors done in 6yrs,and our nurse was amazing. They listened,they answered all of.our questions validated any concerns we had and wasn't dismissive of us or our concerns. Just so thankful we found this place and got such an amazing doctor and staff.

I honestly couldn't tell you if this place was good or bad. I waited a month to have a screen over a mole that's been growing and less than 24 hours before my appointment got a TEXT that my appointment was cancelled. When I called to get it rescheduled, since I didn't get a call from the office directly, I was told I would have to wait over another month to be seen.

Honestly I was not impressed by the service I received. I felt the nurse practitioner I saw just didn't care about my concerns. I tried to explain to her about my concerns and how it has affected my self esteem, she just belittled them and told me to be back in two months. I felt very rush, with her body expression, she made me feel like I was wasting her time. No empathy, no compassion. In less than 10mins we were done, in which she did most of the talking. I was so disappointed because I drove for almost 40 mins for nothing. I felt quite sad when I left.
