List of Adrian Buckner's Reviews
Dr. Buckner closed his office and violated his ethical and professional duties by not assisting his patients with the transition to a new doctor. My husband is also without medication that cannot be stopped immediately. Furthermore, he is not responding to formal requests from my husband's general practitioner for records. He is obligated to send those 10 days after a request. Yet, he still has the nerve to send a bill when the last visit was only his nurse sending my husband out with an injection. They did not administer the injection and he did not see Dr. Buckner at all. In regard to that bill, it is dated 11/16/2022 and it came in the mail this afternoon, 12/01/2022. The letter stated that it would be sent to collections within 7 days of the date on the bill. The nurse in the front stated it was "dangerous" to come to the office. We have also filed a formal complaint with the state of Tennessee and I believe he needs to have his license revoked to avoid harming patients in the future and further eroding public confidence in healthcare providers. Finally, the aforementioned billing practice is shady at best and illegal at worst. The state needs to do something about this "doctor."
He closed and did not inform us. The only way we discovered that he was no longer in business - when we had to refill a prescription. No one could contact him or his office and the phone was disconnected. Now, a patient is without her medication (which cannot be stopped immediately) simply due to the failure of a courtesy call and/or letter. A formal complaint will be placed against this doctor. Many more need to do the same and I hope that his license will be pulled.

Office did not contact my husband on the date of his appointment. No one ever called to reschedule. Could not reach anyone at the office via phone or fax. Traveled to office to find a note on the door saying they were closed. Continuity of care was not provided. Still have not heard from his office and it has been a month since his appointment that they missed.
Like everyone says, 3 minute visits not planning to return to in office. I found out yesterday that the pharmacy gave me the wrong meds in my correct bottle, I'm going into withdrawals know and cannot contact anyone at this practice.
Where is he? Has he gone out of business without telling anyone? We’ve been trying to reach this office for several days. The phone has been disconnected.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Last 2 years had 3 minute or less phone "visits". Last visit he hung up on me and left me in a very bad situation. He has no compassion, is dismissive and condescending. Does not need to be a psychiatrist. Very rude and arrogant.
Only does telemedicine now and charges $80 for a 2 to 3 minute phone call and now doesn't take insurance. Quit taking it without any notification, only a bill.
I never leave reviews, but Buckner is the worst! Monthly appointments for 30 seconds tops just to get my meds. You could tell he didn't really care and just prescribed whatever and kept changing it slightly to keep you coming back instead of actually working on what might work best for you. He sent me to collections for one $50 visit that didn't get paid for a couple months. By the time I got a warning it was already to late, even though I left a message and was actively trying to pay it. Nobody ever answers the phones, there's no online option for scheduling or paying. They would only call once and if I missed it they would just never speak to me again unless I left another message(which they say not to do on their answering machine). The dude is nothing but a drug dealer and a thug. Save yourself the trouble and find a real doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
