We took our daughter to see Dr Marlow for 2 years. She seems like a decent doctor; however, her nurse is stupid, rude, obviously lacking in education , common sense, and manners. This nurse is awkwardly direct, cold, and made uneducated, crazy suggestions concerning medical advice that showed she needs to go back to school to learn more. Most of the time, they never scheduled appointments with other specialists when they were advised by Doctor Marlow. I recommend going to a more qualified practice where you will receive better treatment, respect, and care.

Absolutely the best pediatrician in the entire Tri Cities!!! My 3 teenage daughters have been seeing Dr. Marlow since the were born and I couldn't ask for a more attentive, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and overall amazing pediatrician than Dr. Marlow. She has 5 kids of her own so she really knows her field of medicine and expertise better than most of them do 🙂 . I highly recommend Dr. Marlow for any new parent looking for a lifetime pediatrician for their kids or even a parent just looking for a better change for their kid's medical, physical, and mental needs. Thank u Amy Marlow and her team for always being there for me and my 3 daughters when we needed u the most, during the dark 🕶️, sick 😷🤢, and saddest 😢😭 of times throughout their lives.

Dr Marlow is our guardian angel. When my son was born he needed to be resuscitated. He was lifeless and blue. Marlow was the one who saved my baby boy. He's so healthy and happy thanks to this amazing lady! As long as she is a pediatrician then I won't take my son anywhere else. She has by far earned our trust.

Wait time is insane. Waited 1 hour 20 minutes and then she got called to a hospital. I was asked to wait for another Physician to get there, possibly another hour! No apologies!!

The secretaries here are horrible. They never answer the phones and don't seem to be very organized at all. HOWEVER, doctor Marlow is AMAZING! She takes wonderful care of my son and is always straight forward and honest with what she thinks. She never once has made me feel bad or wrong for my parenting decisions even if she didn't completely agree. I absolutely love this doctor! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an awesome and kind pediatrician.
