His Staff needs to be fired I was on hold for 1/2 hour and then when it was My turn they hung up , this was not the first time that this happened also when My drug store tried to co tact Him for a pres riptide renewal it was impossible to reach the ,I am at the point that I will call the Medical association or the Ombudsman for help

Dr Lewis has given me my life back after almost 5 years of debilitating seizures. I trust him and his staff, they are the most caring and knowledgeable professionals AND THE ONLY Dr who could treat my disability

I have been seeing Dr. Lewis for a few years now virtually, and not once have I seen him personally, it has always been someone else. I like Dr. Lewis, however, I feel like this is an issue and gives off the impression he does not have time for his patients. His staff are alot better than they used to be and are very helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis for a few years and have always been impressed with his vast knowledge of the wide field of neurology. He is pretty personable and able to explain things very well in simple terms, and has great suggestions for further research or steps to be taken. While the office can be disorganized and wait times are longer than I would like, I have enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Lewis and would definitely recommend him and his team.

I have had post-concussion syndrome for more than a year and Dr. Lewis took the time to explain my struggles in very simple terms. I have new hope. I also got to meet his team on the first visit which is very reassuring. His staff have been wonderful in arranging my appointments and helping me with the online appointments.

Dr. Lewis himself is organized and very knowledgeable. His assistants and office staff are rude and arrogant. They made a major mistake by booking an appointment with wrong schedules and when I pointed out their own emails that prove they are wrong, they ignored me and spoke over my voice and made no replies regarding their mistake and incessantly kept saying I was there for a neurology followup when it was about a concussion assessment. I guess the doctor was too busy to actually do the appointment himself so he passed me off to 2 medical assistants who repeated the same lies as the office staff and basically made my weeks of waiting for the concussion assessment worthless. I had to ask my family doctor for a new referral to a new doctor.

Dr. Lewis saw my twin sons who have Autism and are primarily non- verbal. This doctor, in my opinion, is a Godsent. I feel my twins and I are blessed to have this Specialist par Excellence take them under his wing! He is kind, gentle, down to earth and ever so knowledgeable! It took Dr. Lewis just a few minutes to put a finger on each of my sons' conditions and to lay out next steps going forward. My twins are almost 21 and trust me, I have been to several doctors in my day. I must say, Dr. Lewis is One in a Million. Bless his heart. He also has an excellent team who are punctual, professional, and kind. I am ever so grateful to my family Physician for referring my twin sons to this Specialty clinic. I can now rest assured my twins are in the best hands there can be.

I really like Dr. Lewis, I've been with him for about 3-4 years now and he's really nice and helpful. He explains everything to you so you'll understand it and he always makes sure you know your options. He is definitely knowledgeable and cares about his patients. However, his staff are absolutely HORRIBLE. I've never seen more incompetent people in my life. Many times they have forgotten to send in important government forms I need to access my medication, and many other times they sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy. They never pay attention to or answer my emails and don't make you feel like a priority. They just don't know what they're doing period. Dr. Lewis really needs to replace these people because they are doing a disservice to him and his practice.

My dear friends and their daughter will be meeting with Dr. Lewis in April 2020 for the first time. They are very much looking forward to meeting with him. They have heard so many positive comments concerning NCT.
