The receptionist at the ER entrance was so RUDE I wish I got her name she was horrendous I told her she needed to be more friendly to people. She shouldnt be working there

I had my gallbladder removed at this hospital today. I expected the worse as I always do but I was treated with all the tender love and care possible. The anesthesia team was so funny and gave me a good laugh before facing my biggest fear which was having surgery. The nurses who took care of me before and after surgery was very sweet. If I ever have to have surgery again I will definitely ask to come here

I would give a 0 but it is not an option The ER room we are in feels like a sauna My husband is having breathing issues no empathy at all You can see the fear in his eyes when his oxygen starts dropping and NO answer to the call light which was hit over 7 or 8 times in 10 minutes Nurses station is right in front of room nursing staff hits button turns light and pulse ox alarm off at nurses station never comes to check on him We Wanted to have ambulance to transport him to Holston Valley due to he is on 5 LM it was told EMS cannot come to Indian Path to transport him due to some lame reason And if we go he won’t have oxygen to go on knowing he has to have oxygen And he would be going AMA I would NOT recommend this hole to anyone And nurses never come in to check on him SAD how the nursing care has been performed….it’s not being performed

I had a great experience here at LD. Huge shoutout to Laura I hope that’s the right name and the sweet woman who was training under her which her name was Hannah. My first birthing experience was traumatic so I was scared to give birth again. These two made my experience amazing and I actually felt cared for. Helped me breathe when it was time to push and had such amazing support. There was another nurse I loved who just came back from 16 weeks of maternity leave herself who was amazing with my aftercare. Another person who truly cares about the wellbeing of others. Thank you all for everything you do

Not a good experience havent done anything for my daughter and havent gave her med to her in day and a half ..

I would give it 0 stars but that isnt an option. The lack of compassion and empathy in the ER is unreal. My family had hands down the worst experience there recently. I asked a simple question got a hateful response and when I reacted and I said I wanted to file a complaint about the situation another woman asked about what like she seen no issue with how poorly we were treated in spite of how obvious the issues were. Whole disaster. Never did get to file that complaint either. They just suddenly got us situated real fast and sent on our way. Would not reccomend will not go there again.

My 88 yr old mother had to stay in ER for over 16 hours ALL of the nurses seemed to have personal things to talk about than the patients. I hope to Never have to come to this hospital Ever No bed manners at all Just a job. Poor.

This place is bad to take an elderly person to make them wait half morning let people come in without a mask think they have covid

To whom it may concernJust wanted to say thank you to Gina Whaleyoutpatient registration assoc. David Ramsey outpatient manager . They are some of the best you have working in Indian Path Outpatient Services. When I came for a test....a medical issue and the cost came about. I was told I didnt have to pay being on financial services programs. There obviously was a communication gap between my two providers. But these two wonderful workers took the initiative to try and get the test done regardless of paying. Although that didnt pan out I paid anyway. The point is they were very calm patient professional and very kind That is great customer service. Thank you Gina and David for your thoughtfulness and your professional and compassionate care that you gave me I would definitely recommend you to anyone.SincerelyAngela M Christian

The receptionist for checkin at the emergency room was incredible rude tonight. I brought my friend to this er because she is having major chest pains and this receptionist point blanktold us that my friend doesnt matter and can sit and wait her turn. I decided to take my friend to an entirely different hospital. Rude staff horrible patient treatment.
