worst Dr office IV been to my whole life last time I needed medicine filled took them 2 weeks to fill it then they called it in the wrong place

DO NOT GO HERE!! The front desk lies about appointments and they bill you for services without telling you. I had my yearly physical and specifically asked my insurance and the office of this was covered 100%. I was assured it was. 30 days after my appointment I get a bill. I call the insurance and was informed ETSU billed incorrectly. I called in and they apologized and said they would have corrected. 60 days later I get the bill again. I call and ask why it wasn’t taken care of. ETSU office apologized and angina and said they would straighten it out. Now 6 months later a collections calls me. I call ETSU and they say it’s for something completely different that I have been told. I spoke with billing and they read all the notes, seen the issues and reached out to a supervisor. Nothing was accomplished and ETSU physicians basically bait and switched me. If you want bills beyond what you expect, this is your place. If you want to see a doctor routinely and consistently, don’t go here. You’ll never see the same doctor. Go anywhere else!

Dr Spears is my Dr. She is an amazing dr. Make you feel relaxed and she does care. Does everything possible for you. She goes the extra mile to help .

I do not understand the whole mask mandate in the building unless there is a sick covid patient in the waiting area with you.. the lady up front is not very friendly.. but I love the doctors and nurses..

I've been visiting ETSU Family Physicians since April of this year. Every single experience with Dr. Quaresima for my OB care has been top notch. She gives me all the time I need to make sure all my concerns are addressed, has an amazing and real attitude, and I will be honored to have her deliver my child. I've also started seeing an excellent therapist/psychiatrist here, Glenda Stockwell, who I can't say enough positive things about. I took one star off a 5 star review due to having received several calls before about scheduling next appointments and various other things (since I usually leave after closing due to being in the last appointment block of the day) and calling back to hear that nothing is noted and the reason for the call wasn't known. I usually don't find out until a day or two later since there isn't always a voicemail. Wait times can also be very lengthy (up to an hour) once you're already checked into your room. Overall fantastic job ETSU physicians!

Been going here for about 10 yrs. My biggest concern is how many different doctors I have had. This place has a main doctor that trains young doctors. Rarely have I seen a single trainee more than 3 times. That doesn't mean that I worry about who I see next but, every doctor wants to start over with their plans of what needs to be done or changed. Now the main doctor that has me is retiring. Good luck!!

I had them during my therapy at a nursing home during my therapy for four weeks at a nursing home.The therapist would not listen to me about my pain.She told them I wasn't trying.I told the doctor who made the rounds that I was in extreme pain so he gives me one more pill to take before therapy.My pain was still to great but I did what I could.The next week when he does his rounds the the therapist had been sand bagging me to them,and everyone else I come to find out later,that I wasn't even trying and my wound dressing hadn't been changed.He presents each one of them,very nastily,in front of me the therapist and the wound care nurse and tells me who each one is, sarcastically,and thatst who does the jobs.The next rounds he takes a pill from me because I seem to sleepy and my eyes were red.Keep in mind it's early in the morning and I wear contacts.Then he tells me if I don't do to his satisfaction that he will take another one. I said ok so you're going to use pills for punishment which he didn't like.Long story short,I will never recommend them for the way I wasn't listened to or believed and treated. I will always tell everyone this.Patients need to be listened to,beli beli,and not ridiculed.You may have a good doctor there.It only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch.
