Dr. Shafer is one of THE best doctors I have ever had and I have several specialists. I also work in health care so I have had years of experience working with doctors. He always takes the time to listen and before he leaves the room will ask if there is “ anything else?” The reason I gave a four is because of medicine call in’s. I recently had a refill I was told had been approved already by the doctor but it took the nurse several days to call the pharmacy.

I love the compassionate way they treat my grandmother everytime she goes for an appointment. If they were more on top of sending her prescriptions into her pharmacy when needed I would have rated them 5 stars.

Average waiting time. Pleasant demeanor. Asked almost no questions about my health. Spent approximately 10 minutes with me. Left me with the impression of a general lack of concern for my health.
