Has been my primary physician for several years and now my son’s. You can get in when you need to without waiting forever. I had severe nerve pain while waiting to get surgery on my back. Dr Bates and his staff were a lifeline in getting me through.

I am very pleased with Dr. Bates. He takes care of me and my mother. He takes what I say seriously and follows through with any issues I have. He always listens and is polite. My husband sits in on some of my visits and he is impressed with him as a physician.

Worst Dr experience ever. Its in quotations because this guys is the worst Dr. I went in for a physical and he spent the entire time talking about his idea of a good diet. The only thing he did was poke my stomach which really hurt in one spot. I told him it hurt badly and he shrugged it off. Thats the only thing he did. That is not a physical. Then I get billed $325 for basic blood work. Takes this guys license to practice away

Dr. Bates is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure to know. He is compassionate and attentive. He doesnt just provide symptom relief he tries to get to the root of your problem. He never gives up on the patient.

Dr. Bates is a very caring and thorough doctor. He has been my primary care provider for three years and Ive always had a good experience. He takes time to listen and really talk to you to understand whats going on. I never feel rushed when I see him and if hes not available one of the FNPs is available to see me. The staff is welcoming and pleasant too. Its always a great experience. Highly recommend.

Ive been very disappointed in my dealings with Dr Bates and company. I felt very uncomfortable with some of his suggestions. Then Im pretty upset with the way that they have dealt with my billing The Call back after they said they would never happened even after calling back and leaving messages I got my annual physical that was free with my insurance and I got a bill for $575. I called to get it fixed and the lady in billing act like she didnt want to deal with it.
