I cant tell if he's any good because he doesn't seem to do his job at all. been waiting since November for eardrum surgery. the hole in my ear keeps growing while they keep rescheduling my surgery. BUT they don't reschedule it until the day of my appointment after having to take pto from work.if only he was competent enough to actually do his job.
Very FULL OF HIMSELF. Won't ever go back. Please do yourself a favor, don't waste you time/money....Find a good ENT.
Dr. Greene was attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I was amazed at his expertise. I recommend him highly.
DR GREENE WAS ONE OF THE BEST DRS THAT I HAV E EVER VISITED. VERY ENGAGING. LISTENED. LOOKED ME IN THE EYE. ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS. ASSURED ME MULTIPLE TIMES THAT “THEY WOUD GET ME FEELING BETTER” WITH COMBINED WORK OF MY PC, ENT AND APEX ALLERGY! OFFERED UP TO DATE DATA ON CURRENT MEDS AND OFFERED IMMEDIATE AND LON-TERM SOLUTIONS. HIS STAFF - FROM THE FRONT DESK TO HIS NURSE (SHANNON) WERE AWESOME. LOOKING FORWARD TO PARTNERING WITH THEM FOR THE FUTURE OF MY HEALTH.
First visit with Dr. Greene was very promising that the underlying problem could be fixed. After a hearing test and f/u appointment with Dr. Sugar (to our surprise), an MRI, and finally a visit with Dr. Greene, everything proved to be highly disappointing. Not because of the information as much as the way we were treated and how the information given completely contradicted the first visit. It was like seeing a completely different physician. He was pessimistic, impatient, and contradicted information we were told during the first visit. Upon scheduling a f/u for three months out, we were told Dr. Greene was completely booked and the appointment had to be with Dr. Sugar, whom we refused to this time. The office staff would not listen. We were also told an audiologist would be calling to schedule f/o. 2+ weeks later and no contact. I am a nurse and should have let my gut feeling guide me. This physician has the potential to do wonderful things but I think he needs to take a step back and look at the whole picture. I should have known when our 8 AM appointment was an almost 2 hour wait.
I had a balloon sinuplasty done by Dr. Greene years ago and it had turned my life into a sinus nightmare that is now being corrected by another ENT. He is very un-personable and gave me short very uninformed conversations at every visit. I had doubts going into the surgery. I wish I had listened to my doubts
Dr. Greene was the best doctor I've seen in along time. Highly recommended him! Kind and knowledgeable! Loved him!
I cannot say enough about the level of care provided by Dr Greene and his staff. He asked questions and actually listened while looking me in the eye. That is rare in this day. He diagnosed a rarely seen ailment first by listening to my symptoms and then confirming his diagnosis via targeted tests. He is my hero.
Not too helpful. Scheduled me for an allergy scratch test , but would not do the blood test which I preferred. Then I find out that I could not get the results of the scratch test and would have to pay for another visit to get the results. One of the good things about the scratch test is that the results are immediate., but he would not read them the same day , which meant I had to pay for another visit. I have had the test in the past and always got the results at the time the testing was done.
Unprofessional, unethical, immoral. Awful experience!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
