List of Colonial Heights Weight Loss Clinic's Reviews
I lost 80 pounds in 10 months safely with this place. They saved my life and health.
The staff are amazing, the services they offer really do help you to drop the weight.
Awesome people..very friendly
I love this facility! I have lost 29 pounds and I still have about 15-20 to go. I have struggled and have went up and down in the past year. The nurses have never made a negative comment about my weight fluctuations. They are always encouraging and offer helpful information if I ask! I could not have lost the weight without the medication due to my medical conditions preventing me from most exercise. I just read a one star review and I am really in disbelief because my experience has Ben 5 stars all the way!!!!! Thank you CHWLC
The latest nurse practitioner is not knowledgeable concerning blood pressure. My doctor told me my b.p. was fine. She is an authoritarian and is quit abusive/rude.I quit going there due to this abusive environment. It was extremely hurtful.Being large is bad enough
Great people. They have helped me drop all of the weight I was needing to get rid of.

STAY AWAY! After having gone to Colonial Heights weight loss clinic on two occasions myself I referred my husband. When speaking to a staff member yesterday I made an appointment for my husband and was told the price would be $69 for a one month supply of Phentermine. So I sent my husband off to his appointment today with my credit card to his first appointment. Completely contrary to the information I was provided my husband was told that since he was a new patient he had to start on a lower dose and return in a week to be rechecked and move to a higher dose if need be. He was charged $40 for a two-week Supply < with Colonial Heights Medical Clinic holding the other week Supply that they charged for>. He was not even offered to pay for a one month supply at a price of $69 as I was told. In addition to that they gave him a two week supply of expired vitamin supplements to take with the Phentermine. Needless to say I was upset. I called Colonial Heights Weight Loss Clinic to complain that he was being charged bi-weekly at a higher rate than what I was told it was going to be and also explained that they provided him with expired medication. Not only did they not apologize, but they told us we had to come back in TONIGHT for them to correct the error. So as I type this review my husband is now on his second hour-long round trip of the day to this place without so much as an apology. 2 customers lost that's for sure.
I have been going here for years. Love the products and the staff

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
