Dr. Grigg and her Entire Staff are A major God Send to our healthcare system. My Mother, Myself and several friends are her patients. We all have various issues and when needed they work us in. We are all extremely pleased with their services.

I love Dr Griggs,but the staff is dirty. I no longer have my stomach specialist due to missing appointments. Although twice the lady at front desk rescheduled me due to being short handed and was behind seeing patients. I feel as if im the one who's being punished for someone else's doings. Here I am a single,disabled mother of three,who has Crohns disease trying to get my Dr back. If I could just see her one time to discuss my health and situation I'd be pleased. I have called and visit the office trying to see Dr Griggs and yet no luck. She is the best stomach Dr I've ever had. If only the staff was as good. I need help , how can I contact Dr Griggs. Or can she contact me? Please I just want my Dr back.

Dr Grigg is a very compassionate Dr, and also extremely thorough. After ordering blood work and following through, She found out that i have CKD. I’m extremely thankful that she found that and that I am able to get further treatment.

Dr. Grigg and her team of nurses at Gastroenterology Associates in Kingsport, TN, have been very attentive and caring throughout my Crohn's diagnosis and treatment. I found Dr. Grigg to be very approachable and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Her nurses respond to calls within the same day and let you know about test results asap.

This lady has been the best doctor I have been to in a while. She took time with me to find the correct diagnosis and took the time to really explain and answer any and all questions I had.
