Gregory Corradino's Online Review Report Card

Dr Gregory Corradino will always be my hero. He fused my cervical spine back with my own hip bone September 16, 1998. I will forever be grateful to him for that.

Beth Henley PA has THE worst “professional” manner I’ve ever encountered in a Medical Practitioner. And that’s saying something. I'm a retired Social Worker, who has worked in hospital settings, cared for 2 elderly parents and a brother with autism, and dealt with my own health issues for 50 years. I have interacted with a great many medical professionals. Based on my experience of Beth Henley, she needs to be PROHIBITED from working directly with patients until she is given extensive further training in Patient interaction!!! A PA is a lesser position than a Nurse Practitioner, with less training and knowledge. I got the impression that Beth Henley might be recently Licensed and that this is her first job. So, I’m not sure what she was so arrogant about, but I wish I had a video. Her facial expression, tone of voice, body language and constant use of medical terminology and jargon all reeked of smug superiority. I couldn’t understand her, and she appeared incapable of understanding me. She misunderstood and misinterpreted everything I said, and when I tried to explain she acted as if she didn’t believe me. NOT ONCE during the visit did Beth Henley ask me why I was there or what questions or concerns I had. She walked into the room and began lecturing in medical terminology about what she had seen in my MRIs. After listening to her drone on for almost 5 minutes, I finally had to stop her and tell her that I could not understand her language. She then became even more condescending. When I finally insisted that she show me the MRI images, she put an image up on the screen and said, “You can see the bone spurs.” As if I was supposed to be able to automatically distinguish something in an MRI image when I’d never seen one before! People train for months or years to read those correctly. Beth Henley is, unfortunately, also one of those people who minimizes and diminishes the patient's problems. I have significant arthritis in every joint in my body and live with chronic pain. I am unable to take most pain medications. Arthritis is throughout my spine. I cannot stand or walk without pain. Yet Beth Henley repeatedly said to me, "It's ONLY arthritis!" That’s when I realized that I was not going to get any answers or help from her. I left without any further knowledge of the cause of my problem or the solution. The sad thing is that I’m certain Beth Henley had no idea how offensive she was and would deny what I’ve written here. I'm sure she thought she was very professional. The person who called me to schedule (a full month after my Dr. had referred me) told me that I would have to wait yet another month for an appointment. She said that Dr. P wanted to see me personally and the next time he would be in the office was another month away. I did NOT see Dr. P at my appointment. No mention was even made of my seeing him. Instead, I completely wasted my time and money being demeaned by the Physician’s Assistant named Beth Henley.

I have suffered for years with my neck, even after surgery, and my back and other bone problems. I saw Dr Wyles years ago in this same office and I had pretty good results when I had questions about what was happening and how to treat it. Now I'm finding myself asking what is the problem with doctors today and when did they stop caring about the patent. I'm waiting for my surgeon to tell me where to go from here with the surgical treatment and pain meds or something to just bring me a little bit of ease. It's been 4 months since I saw the NP who said it would have to be surgical treatment. Well I wait for the appointment and, 4 times today, I get a call saying that they have something else to do. They wouldn't let me give them an answer like that if they were waiting for my payment! Each time I get thrown out further it's another month added to my wait time. No I don't get any help for pain, no I don't have any answers, no I don't feel like they care and no I don't recommend that office to anyone waiting for help like I have. If I could give a negative star I would. I am asking my regular doctor to get me in some other place

Go somewhere else.

Dr Corrigan did my back surgery to relieve my stenosis in 2015. Surgery and recovery were no problem or complications. Would highly recommend him and any of his staff. Now I'm going to get a spinal cord stimulator inserted to help relieve the rest of my back pain. The staff and doctors are all professional and care about their patients.

Surgery for my ADR at 2 levels was a complete success and I have my life back and I'm forever greatful. Prior to surgery I was in pain 24/7 and it was brutal. I'm a success story!!! ❤About 5 months post op I fell and a month later noticed shoulder pain most likely due to the fall. It feels like a frozen shoulder. That is most likely related to the fall but PT is starting to help me. If you need surgery please use Corradino. I put full confidence in his work. I haven't seen him since surgery, just the intern and I really wanted to give him a thank you card for him and his team but I'd prefer to give it to him and thank him personally and directly since I didn't see him after surgery in the hospital. I only saw the intern after surgery as well. That's my only complaint truly but he deserves 5 stars. He is a great doctor with a good bedside manner.

Said couldn't help me an sent me back to my PCP which will not help me either.

My first time seeing him and never saw him. Only saw his practitioner. I had studies done and thought maybe I will see him this time and only saw another practitioner. Never got any answers. Paid a lot of money to only see practitioners for a total of both visits 5 minutes.

Well after reading all the reviews I am glad they never got in touch with me, my doctor ! Amanda Malone try to schedule with them twice for me to come in, and yet to contact me with a appointment, over a month now, office very hateful over the phone, so glad we decided to go with other resources, what a shame we have to put up with an office like this, may be a good doctor, but he needs to fire staff and re hire, I believe I could do better then this, My wife Teresa Parker, isin need of care, and thank goodness they have got her in next week ... Doctor, I hope you read all these reviews, your staff is in need to be let go!!!!!!!

I had a 2 level disk replacement. I'm only a few days post op and doing very well with recovering. Dr. Corridino is very professional. I hope to make a full recovery and so far it's looking good and I'm very thankful. I didn't like the anesthesiologist but this is related to her. I woke up from surgery in tremendous pain. I won't forget this. I remember waking up crying. Burning, searing pain like I was torched. I have had a number of surgeries and this was a first for me. That first day was so hard. Day 2 and Day 3 have been fine. I have a high threshold for pain and I'm recovering well. I didn't take any meds prior to surgery. My regimen prior to surgery to manage pain consisted of a muscle relaxer and gabapentin low dose. However the morning of surgery I didn't take anything. I'm curious on how much anesthetic I actually received because I was so alert in recovery? That being said after waking up they gave me pain meds but unfortunately it took forever to manage my pain. This has caused a little anxiety because I remember telling the nurse in recovery something isn't right. I was screaming/crying in recovery. Before going into surgery I asked the anesthesiologist questions. If I could talk to the dr for one. She said yes. But came back later and said well Dr Corridino is in surgery and ready to go. I'll just give you something to relax you and we'll go back to surgery so I didn't get to talk to my dr. I guess they were too busy and ready to go. Waking up crying is a first in all the surgeries I've had. I normally wake up drowsy with mild pain if any. I don't understand this. Why did I wake up with so much pain? 😭 I'm scared to face any surgeries again. I figured I would get a chance to talk to the Dr after surgery but only saw an intern prior to leaving so I really hope to speak to my DR at my next post op visit just to ask questions about my disks. There were questions related to the actual artificial disks that I wanted to ask about. I'm also going to call tomorrow and see if they will call in tramadol because the percoset is a little strong. Granted Day 1 in the hospital I needed strong meds. Now that the inflamation is down I don't need anything too strong. My hubby got to chat with Dr Corridino after surgery but he was nervous and don't remember everything said. He said he was really nice and he is a really nice Dr..
