Hassnain Rizvi's Online Review Report Card

Dr Risvi is amazing. I suffered from a ruptured brain aneurysm 2 1/2 years ago, and I have seen him through my entire recovery. He listens and he is very knowledgeable. He has a great bedside manner too.I know I am getting amazing care. I highly recommend anyone who needs a vascular neurologist.

I would like to thank Doctor Rizvi for making my dad's recovery sooner than expected! Long story short, my dad has chronic anemia. We just moved from the Bronx, to Suffolk county, and we had to wait for months at Montefiore for my dad to see a hematologist. It's a small office located on East Main Street, not far from Southside Hospital. The office was still nicely decorated for Halloween. He was seen last Friday. He ordered an emergency blood transfusion, which he successfully completed at Good Samaritan hospital. For the next several weeks, he will continue to be seen at Doctor Rizvi' s medical office. I must say that Doctor Rizvi is a caring and very considerate person. He examined my dad, asked questions just like a detective he will get at the bottom of what's going on; and I also like the fact that he has a double specialty. Besides being a hematologist, he also specializes in oncology. I don't understand the negative reviews I've read from other people. So far, my dad had a very pleasant experience. The office staff are great. They really took the time and patience to answer all our questions. I'm also being treated by Doctor Rizvi. I definitely recommend this doctor.

My wife had an appointment here and waited an hour and a half with no other patients in the office. Once lunch came the entire crew disappeared and left her out there and then someone came out and asked if she wanted to reschedule because she waited so long. She waited long enough trying to get the appointment. Ridiculous

Dr. Rizvi is quite knowledgeable in his field. He takes the time to explain what happened during my stroke, possible causes, and probable outcome. He is kind and patient in answering questions and offering solutions and follow up for outcome. I've put my life and well being in his hands and feel confident that I am receiving the best care possible.

I saw Dr. Rizvi once at the Winthrop ER when I thought I was having a stroke. He has a sweet demeanor and his bedside manner put me completely at ease. He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He made me feel as if I was his only patient. I have been looking for a neurosurgeon for quite some time and because of his treatment of me at the ER, I will be continuing my care and follow up in his office from now on. It is very rare to find a doctor who will really LISTEN.
