HMG is where my primary care physician is. I was referred to Dr. Jeff Hunt for some hearing loss in right ear. My PCP had given me a round of antibiotics and they didn't help. Dr. Jeff Hunt was all business not friendly and arrogant. He didn't do anything to alleviate my hearing problems. I went to a different ENT in JC and had a totally different experience. They were compassionate, kind and listened to me explain the problems I had been having. After having some tests done, they did the balloon procedure. I no longer have any hearing issues. My rating for two stars was for his friendly staff.

Dr. Crystal Seluk does not care at all about her clients. Came into the room with a bad attitude and you could tell she wanted to be anywhere but at work. They pay so little attention to the clients needs and illness that they ordered a special compounded medicine from Fountain RX without the special compound. Ordered a CT Scan for me because my situation was so bad. When I left the visit they didn't even bother to give me a follow up appointment or any info to give the outpatient facility to get the CT scan. Even though my nose and face are rotting from the inside and I was told it was one of the worst cases she had seen in years. Had to call to try and get info how to go about gettting the CT ordered and date and time never got a call back. Just another issue the office has good luck getting a call back or through to a nurse. Waited two weeks the first time no call back. When my CT came back and as bad as expected no call back for a week and then only to be told they couldn't do anything and I would have to go to a University Hospital. This office has no care at all for their patients ailments or well being. They seem to be content in booking an appointment getting the payout and leaving you wondering why you even came in the first place.

Dr. Jeff Hunt is always very professional, thorough and kind. I like that he’s very detailed about the procedures and the process. He explains things in a manner thats easy to understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Hunt for your ENT needs.

Dr. Hunt is the best. I was having some problems with my throat and was not getting any relief and after months of going to different doctors and trying different medications he finally put my throat and mind at ease. He actually took the time to listen to what was concerning me and explained everything that was going on. I hope that I won't have to see him again but if I do there is no other doctor I would go to.

Dr. Seluk acted as though she couldn't wait to leave the exam room from the minute she walked in. My PCP said I had a tonsil stone but referred me to Dr. Seluk for a second opinion. She said it was a tonsil cyst. I had questions but she seemed to be in too big of a hurry or too incompetent to answer. She didn't want to to any follow-up testing to make sure it was benign even though I have a history of smoking & have had intermittent mouth sores/ sore throat for about a year. Would never go back to her or recommend her to anyone.
