We leave appointments here feeling respected, heard, cared for and like we just visited family for a few minutes. Appointments are prompt. The team was pleasant to be with and answered any questions with welcomed knowledge. Thank you for always putting our minds at ease when we need to come in for an appointment. Keep up the good work. It’s obvious all of you enjoy your patients.

I have always had a phobia of doctors and the various things they do in the Doctors office. By this particular one help me feel relaxed in a place I normally would not be. The doctor tries to talk to you on a more personalized level as apposed to just between patient and doctor. I have gone in there a few times with an urgent health related issue, and every time, they found a way to slot me in given the urgency. Not many Doctors offices can say they make time for urgent manners.

Love the staff at HMG, from Freida and/or Kelly at the check-in counter to nurse Keisha and Nicole Nichols, FNP! The check-in process is friendly, caring, and smooth :) A patient needs that when not feeling well. Nurses Tucker and Keisha got my vitals, and Nurse practitioner Nicole Nichols quickly diagnosed my medical issue. I love Nicole Nichols bedside manner and her whole team!! Thank you :) Joy, employee at checkout, was very kind and helped me with doctors note. Vicky ( checkout clerk) is also great at this location! Thanks HMG Team!!
