Dr. Grigsby is a wonderful Dr. She takes her time with me and all her patients. She is a very caring Dr. Takes the time to explain what ever is going on with you. The staff is so friendly and assist with any thing you need. Make her your family physician, you won’t regret it.

While the doctor seemed nice enough at the establishing patient visit (4 months ago), several other things weren't so nice. First, she sent labs out to an out-of-network location without discussing it with me and I got a bill for over $100 for the lab services. Additionally, when I have needed to call the office - during their very limited office hours - the phone often rings and rings, no answer, no voicemail, no answering machine. This happened 3 different times and each time the reason I was given was "we were having phone trouble" and "our phones have been messed up this week". Then when I've needed prescription refills, she refused to refill one and the other, she won't refill because I 'haven't been seen recently'. It's been 4 months. Previous doctors saw me every 6 months. I should have given more credence to the information that Grigsby didn't go to an American medical school. I'm not sure she actually knows what she's doing.

DR. HOLLY GRIGSBY LOCATED AT PAVILION DRIVE, KINGSPORT, TN CANCELLED THE REMAINDER OF JIM'S SCRIPTS BECAUSE HE CHOSE TO MOVE TO MY NEW DOCTOR. She has been our family physician for at least 10 years. Compassionate caring and knowledgeable to what medications or specialists to recommend. She never rushes through a visit and is open to any questions or concerns you may have. Absolutely love her and highly recommend to anyone needing a good family physician.

Dr. Grigsby is so easy to talk to, she listens intently, and genuinely cares. She asks all the important questions and takes notes herself instead of the nurse. Highly recommend. So glad I finally have a doctor I don't dread seeing!

i love " the GRIGS" thats what my kids call her...she has been our dr for about three years now and we wouldnt have it any other way my whole family see her even in laws. so if you need someone who is good at her job as well caring compassionate she is the dr you would want to have!!!!!

thease doctors dont care about you all they care about is making money and handing you a pain pill they dont want to find out what is wrong with you i think.
