WORSE Dr I've ever been to. He doesn't know what he's doing if the computer doesn't tell him when he types in your symptoms. He charges your insurance fraudulently and for blood work tests you don't even need. The staff is rude and hateful and disrespectful.

I wondered if I'd made a mistake when, after arriving 15 minutes early as directed, the unfriendly blond at the front desk couldn't bother to look up from her phone call even after I stood there a good five minutes. My concern grew when Dr. Brock asked me if I attended church and if I believed in God. I thought I could deal with that but then he instructed me to stop taking all my blood pressure meds. Huh? He ordered tests and I thought I'd just see the appropriate specialist depending on the results. The only problem with that was that I could not get them to tell me what those were. I called three times. I was practically begging but to no avail. Over three weeks later I asked for a faxed referral (required by a specialist) and the same blond swore she had done just that an hour ago. To the same Dr. I had chosen, on the same day, at nearly the same time even though I couldn't even get anyone to so much as call me back. To say they're incompetent is an insult to incompetent people!

I have never in my 60 years encountered an office of more incompetent workers. I would not recommend this office to anyone for any reason. It seems that nobody knows how to handle patients and take care of their needs.

He was not on time and he rambled some but he did address my problem with charts and graphs. Overall spent a long time with MD. The staff was awesome.

Does not have clue. Loves to persccribe vitamins (not covered by insurance). Afraid of getting sued so he refers patients to real doctors,

I suffered for 2 weeks because he didn't prescribe an antibotic (prescribed 3 unnecessary medications that I threw away after seeing another physician) I was treated horribly by him when in the hospital.

Office staff did not cooperate with my ins., made me pay up front and then refused to refund the difference. Found them impossible to work with and treated me completely unfairly

he was my primary physician for years. I love him like family...he took really good care of my family and I and treated us well....
