I have been going to this clinic since 2019 I believe. I had gained a lot of weight, and fast. I wanted to lose it. Idk if it's my thyroid or my PCOS, BUT I can't seem to shake the weight off. I barely eat anything at all. I used to love this clinic. The staff was so kind a caring. Well, now it's 2 men in there, now I have to go to the back, weighed, blood pressure, have a talking too, so I asked do I have to do this EVERY TIME I COME, when I didn't have too before, and he said yes. Even though my friends, who went with me that first day still go and they don't make them do that, who are obviously smaller than me, if it's because I'm still big they can just say that 😏

I gave 5 stars because the receptionist/ intake was super nice and understanding and that helped me to not have anxiety.

On December 29th I made an appointment for a consultation. Was told to come in Wednesday January 3rd at 1 pm. I called that morning to confirm my appointment and was told I did not have an appointment. The man who I spoke with was the same man who told me to be there on the 3rd.. He was very unprofessional therefore I am in search of a new weight loss clinic. Very disappointing
