There was quite a bit of waiting both in the waiting room and in the exam room but Dr. Spear seamed knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He is very hard to get a hold of after your appointment. I have had to call his nurse Nikki several times and always leave a message and it takes a few days for her to call back. Even when she calls to tell me lab results and i miss the call by 1 minute and call right back, she doesn't answer and takes a few days to return the call.

Found him to be very kind and caring. Listened better than most doctors and showed genuine concern. Not as happy with the staff as I called for an appointment due to abdominal pain. I had to wait 11 days to get appointment to see Dr. I asked, That long? Even if I'm in pain. I was told by staff We are not a walk in clinic. Told the Doctor this at my appointment and he said, Yes, we kind of are if you are in pain.
