She did a excellent job delivering me!

If I could put minus 5 stars I would... very rough around the edges, doesn't show much care for your concerns... I have had a serious issue going on for over a month now and have tried for weeks to get the dr. On the phone or get an answer and just keep getting put off. When I did see the dr. A while back she just blew off my concerns...legitimate concerns that are time sensitive and I have been very worried and needed my Dr And she just isn't available. I showed up at.the office because I have an issue that would not go away and got reprimanded for coming in... left the office in tears and feeling lost... Untouchable dr. I am VERY happy with my new dr... very sweet and hands on. Much better.... will never go back here...

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! When I saw her I thought she could have helped me. She actually asked me what I was doing there!!! She was very rude and made me feel inferior. It was like she was fussing at me for being there. She even asked why was I there!!! (Well that would be a question to ask the scheduling department) She said the problem I have is not her specialty and she basically refused to look at the area I'm having problems with. I WOULD NOT recommend her to anyone!!!! She is not a compassionate doctor at all and her bedside manner is awful.

Dr Thibault is an amazing doctor. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She spoke to me as though I am a human being and not a medical problem to be solved. She took her time with me and was kind and patient. And she did something no one had ever done before. Before directing me to the exam room, her nurse directed me into her office where Dr. Thibault spoke to me, while I was fully clothed as though we were a team. Gyn exams are uncomfortable in the best of circumstances, but she and her whole staff made me feel more comfortable than any gyn ever did. Thank you Dr Thibault and staff.

I have seen Thibault for years now. The staff as far as reception, and the nurses are super helpful. Thibault herself is very dismissive and always gave me the "it happens sometimes" kind of responses. She isn't very helpful in figuring out what is wrong with menstrual cycles. I felt her best solution is to throw birth control at you qnd call it a day.

Terrible. She was never very personable - went so far as to call me fat when I was 25 weeks pregnant. Was in a hurry when I was in labor (that she insisted be induced because baby was so big... when she wasn’t actually) because she was going on vacation the next day/ at midnight. She performed a 3rd degree episiotomy without ever asking me and I still, 4 yrs later, have issues from it. Do yourself a favor and don’t use her.

She told me one innocuous diagnosis. She scheduled no follow-up. Her records indicated condition that should definitely be followed up on regularly.

Dr. Did not share what was put in record. 1. Refused a referral but records read 'may refer' to Dr s. 2. Said I had signs of menopause but records read likely auto-immune disorder, no follow up given. 3. Did not tell me B.C. shot only for 2 years. I was on it for 18 and 1/2. good thing I got my records...went somewhere else. She seems nice and knowledgeable. Be Careful.
