Dr Bass is one and only ! My dentists for years and I love going there The only dentist I don't feel anxiety going to see He will do anything to make sure his clients are well taken care of and walking out of his clinic happy and healthy Clean and professional practice - easy access to trains and bus services on Park and 38th street His clinic has a warm and calming atmosphere with the amazing staff working all together , kind professional and welcoming. I feel his Soft and to the point approach to care was really making me want to take care of my teeth , he explain in details all needed to be done , both the good and the bad and give the truth of what best for me and I like his honesty . I feel with my situation , many dentists could of easily taken advantage of me and overcharge to practice procedures I don't really need I his case - honest and really care for his patients, he helped me understand urgent procedure we should work on down to the least urgent as well as explained all the procedures I do not need that other dentists try to sell me For me - this is a dentist to go to ! For life !

I've been a patient of Dr. Bass' for over a decade, ever since he was part of the practice at Van Madison Brown DDS. He's now started his own practice, with a brand new office on Park Ave (near Grand Central). He has done amazing work on my teeth that has held up great over the years (fillings, root canal, a couple of crowns), and is knowledgeable, patient, and down-to-earth. The procedures were never rushed or painful, and I always feel like I'm in good hands. Nor does he ever 'upsell' you with unnecessary work or more expensive fixtures - you're given options and carefully explained the features of each so you can decide what's right for you.This was my first time to the new office and I was warmly welcomed back by the friendly staff: Monica the receptionist, and Erica the dental hygienist, who really took the time to explain/demonstrate anything to me that I didn't understand, and provided a thorough yet gentle(!) cleaning. The office itself is sparkling, contemporary, and well-equipped, including a new machine that I'm told draws away air molecules for Covid health & safety. When I arrived for check-in, I also had my temperature taken and was given hand sanitizer.I've been very pleased with the level of service I've received from Dr. Bass over the years and am equally impressed with his lovely new office and staff. Since there isn't yet a review on here, I'd like to be the first to highly recommend them!

Dr Bass was brought into our life by The Grace of God. Thank you Dr Bass for everything you did for us. We wish you the best in your new endeavor. You will always be in our heart and prayers.

$350 for office visit. GP asked to have pressure on C-pap checked and referral to Dr. Bass who we had seen at a different location that did the soft pallet removal, uvula,tonsils and adenoids. Bright 2 machines and chips. Nope study, We were told first 2 hours no machine then they were to start regulating pressures. 5 Am no machines. The results we my husband has "sleep apnea!" We knew that for 20 years! They said doctor ordered NO machines, gee did not tell us or there would have been no study. Then they said "insurance " said to do it that way. I called insurance and they NEVER spoke to Dr. Bass office or sleep center. Patients MUST have rights to help plan of care. I feel our rights and wishes if my husband and my primary care doctor we thrown out the window.

My husband seen him in the past. My husband has had sleep apnea for over 20 years and had soft pallet uvul, tonsilsand adenoids removed. Our GP and we discussed about having pressure checked, which WE were in agreement. Went to Dr. Bass visit and brought both c-pap machines with chips, did not want to look at just said he need sleep test to "regulate pressure ". $350 out of our pocket. Went to sleep study $1300. To tell us he has sleep apnea! Ripp off! Do not use! Where are patients rights?

I had him before and I loved him and when he left, all my records have been misplaced and no one will service me for my needs cause they can't see my sleep studies. Linda Davis

Dr. Bass discovered an anemia issue that several other specialists flat out missed. So thankful he took the time to help!

Really cares about the individual's problem and fixing it in away that best suits the patients lifestyle.workedwith me to find the best solution. Multiple time intensive sessions with doc and staff to get some equipment issues worked out
