I did not feel like the doctor listened to me at all. I told her my symptoms, she repeated back to me what I said which WASN’T what I had said. She seemed in a hurry to get on with whatever was next. She did a quick exam then opened the door to leave without asking if I had any questions. I had to TELL her I had a couple of questions. I started asking my questions and she didn’t bother shutting the door again for privacy. I was not impressed.
I went 2x. Declined a 3rd appt. Very disappointed. Therefore I could not recommend.
Dr. Niebauer is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I suffer from chronic migraines and in the bed most of the time as my migraines prevented me from doing my daily activities. Dr. Niebauer started Botox injections for my migraines and helped me get back to living a normal life. Her office staff is amazing especially their office manager Harold. I would highly recommend this office.
Unlike so many Doctors I have seen lately, Dr. Niebuaer took the time to listen and evaluate my concerns. She was also patient and deliberate in explaining her plan of treatment to me.
Tried to make sure I understood her diagnosis and reason for medication. Took time and listened to my concerns
Dr. Niebauer is empathetic. Her staff is on the ball, especially her nurse, Ashley. I have gotten appointments as soon as possible, same day. She understands the sense of urgency in regards to neurological care, and listens to your problems and takes the necessary measures to ensure you are comfortable and confident with her care.
Shes good.
Dr. Niebauer does not conduct business very professionally. As one of her patients, I scheduled an appointment to treat severe pain for a condition that I suffer from. This appointment was scheduled approximately 2 months in advance! Once I arrived, I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled time in the waiting room, at which time her nurse came out to inform me that Dr. Niebauer had a meeting and would not be able to see me.The nurse also informed me that Dr. Niebauer was very busy and that I need to reschedule unless I wanted to wait another 2 hours for the POSSIBILITY that she would see me. As the nurse was rescheduling the appointment, a pharmaceutical rep walked in carrying lunch for all of the staff, and I was the only patient left in the waiting room. This sort of conduct is unethical seeing as how I came to be treated for severe pain. My caregiver had to miss work and wages in order to bring me to my scheduled appointment. I am STILL in pain and without treatment until my next appointment which she may or may not show up for.
