Michelle is a amazing doctor and very caring about her patients!!!!

They take forever to call you back about test results. They dont seem to listen to concerns even when its the same concern after multiple visits. Ive heard the front office talking bad about a parent multiple times while waiting to be brought back with my child. That was very rude and inconsiderate to speak about people that way. Im not good with names but lets just say one has dark hair and the other ...

I'd would give less then 1 star if possible. This doctor is completely incompetent of taking care of her patients. My son has suffered multiple ear infections that have all turned into double ear infections. He has been on multiple round of antibiotics. He constantly holds his ears. He rolls on the floor holding his ears and crying due to the pain We took him to see this doctor and the only thing that she said was he's got a lot of was for a kid his size, his tonsils are enlarged, and I think he has autism. Never even suggested on cleaning his or considered having his tonsils removed. She also said that it's just a behavioral issue when I stated that my son holds his ears in pain. This doctor had her nurse call me at least once a month to see if I had taken my son to be evaluated for autism. We moved to another state and the very first visit to a new doctor, they discovered that he does have fluid in his ears. My son is scheduled for ear tube surgery, tonsil and adenoid removal surgery. If you want the best care for your child please do not take him or her to this pediatrician.

Amazing, Kind, and Very Intelligent! She makes my 3 kids feel like they are her only patients. The Nurses and staff are just as wonderful! The Best Pediatrician and recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor for a child. If she took adults I would have her as mine as well 😁

Very thorough in her assessments, kind, excellent bedside manner, professional, listens intently, and takes time needed to help my children feel of value and heard. My children trust her and open up to her. They enjoy visiting her. Highly recommend!

My daughter has this doctor and I wouldnt recommend her to anyone. she should be fired and never be allowed to be in the medical field ever again. I had mitral valve prolapse at a young age,and with my medical history I was concerned that she may have heart problems as well. So upon our first visit to her office we filled out paperwork covering both me and her mother's medical history. I was thinking for sure that dr.estes would send her to the heart center to be checked. Months went on and still hadnt sent her to the heart center. Me and her mother noticed that when she would cry she would gasped for air. I done the same thing when I had mitral valve prolapse. I told her mother that at her next appointment she needed to tell dr.estes that this was going on and that she wanted to get her checked immediately. Dr Estes shrugged it off and didnt seem concerned about it. So we called the heart center and got her appointment. Although this is not something they normally do without having a dr referral,they made her an appointment due to my medical history. I now found out today that my daughter has a hole in her heart. They said that it should grow up after a while. But had it been something more serious my daughter could have lost her life because dr estes was not being professional.

The first 4 years of our child's life, we were seeing another doctor that got angry every time we questioned anything. Even once when we asked him about a medicine he had prescribed that was not recommended for infants, he rebuked us for questioning his treatment. We began looking for a new pediatrician. THAT'S WHEN WE FOUND DR. MICHELLE ESTES. We've been taking our child to Dr. Estes for 10 years now. Dr. Estes has always taken time to listen to every concern we have about our child's health. I believe all my questions and concerns are important to her and she even takes time to ask detailed questions, as well, so that she can provide my child with the best treatment. Her staff is great, too! Her nurse always has a smile and makes my child feel at ease. Would I recommend Dr. Michelle Estes? Yes, Yes and YES!!!!!
