Dr. McLaughlin is absolutely the most caring doctor I have ever had! He is always in a good mood and has a wonderful sense of humor. He has always made me feel that he really, truly cares about any issues I am having. He is the very BEST in my opinion!

Dr. McLaughlin is a very kind and caring individual. He has an incredibly wonderful sense of humor which is imperative to me! I am so very pleased to have him as my Primary Care Physician. The office is always a pleasure to visit and the staff is also very helpful, comforting and caring. There is never a long wait to be seen.

He kept telling my sister to loose weight. He as a specialist should have noticed she had a major problem...she may not live now whereas if he had really been checking her, she would have been diagnosed earlier . We took her to another regular GP. ..TESTS were ordered right away..How could he have brushed her off as just having a weight problem ???

Mr.Mc laughlin has never came in and acted like a doctor. He walks in tells you what he can do and tells you feel free to not come back if you want anything more. Never sits down to talk always stands and treats everything as a joke. My health is not a joke. I'm someone who has heart disease. Who needs a doctor who cares about me and my health but that's not Randy Mc laughlin.. I'm not a druggie. I have never been to doctors or ERs for drugs and I'm sick of them treating me that way. Then I call sick and he is out and they don't offer me to see anyone else. I do not recommend this office if you are truly sick and need good health care. I been going a year and I'm so disappointed in the treatment I have gotten. Looking for a new PCP. My health matters. If your a doctor act that way. Do the job you took and don't complain. If you don't like your job leave. But don't treat people like they don't matter. I pay for insurance and refuse to keep letting him make me feel this way when I help pay his salary.. so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR IF YOU NEED REAL CARE

He doesn't care anything about anyone. At first I thought he did, but no. I have been in excruciating pain with my back. He refuses to help. I told the nurse up front that I absolutely do NOT want narcotics. It's been 3 days and he still will not help me. I'm very depressed and he won't help with that either. I hope one day his wife and kids need help and they can't get it and he has to watch them suffer.

I have had a lot of doctors in my life and Dr. McLaughlin is one of the best. He listens and has one of the best bedside manners i have ever experienced.
