My husband has a hx of kidney stones. We made a appt with Dr Hatfield in Alcoa. I have been in the medical field for ovet 30 yrs and i feel i know a sincere Dr. When i see one. I was very impressed with the Dr,the office staff and nursing staff. They r all very professional.Dr Jatfield will b doing a liththotripsy on him. We both geel very confident and at ease with the Dr's rcommendation. We also r very impressed with the hospital,Fort Sanders. Everyone was very nice when we went for pre-op.

Examination and explanation of analysis was overall terrible. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously at all. Sat in a sauna room for over 20mins sweating profusely while waiting only to receive short and no where near thorough observations. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time and or money here unfortunately. Some of the staff was pleasant on the front end but that is it.
