He went above and beyond for my kid. We had issues with insurance and had to cancel appt, needed a physical to go to camp. He waited for me to get it taken care of and still saw her an hour later.

So so many complaints, I'm taking her bk at 730 this morning on the 9th of March, 2 years and over been taking her in and out never met this Doctor, yet had to wait weeks to get him on her card b4 he would even make an appt. To see her!! Oh I'm ready to go head to head wit you DOC! Not all smart ppl go to college!!

Watson, his nurses, and receptionist are all very rude and he doesn’t take your concerns about your child seriously. I had to change my daughters care provider before I couldn’t bite my tongue anymore. He doesn’t ask about milestones or give advice about what to feed your baby(or anything really). You basically go to get your baby weighed and that’s it. He completely left me in the dark and I’m so glad I switched to hmg!

Rude, both him and his office staff. Always rushes to get you out the door. Doesn't listen to your concerns, leaving my child to suffer for 3 years before finally getting diagnosed with a rare disease. Descrimanated against us because if differing political views. Discharged without following protocol.

Do not take your children to Rodney Watson. He and his staff talk to people like they are inferior pests. None of them have any common sense and ESPECIALLY not any business In a health profession. I heard Watson myself “training” a new nurse telling them to tell new parents that everything is fine regardless if it is or not, even if they get upset. Front desk Watson worshipper (Lisa) told me to pee in a cup in the LOBBY when I was being seen here. And carry it past a room full of patients waiting to be seen. No bag or anything. THEN, they LOST my pee and called after I left saying they never took a urine sample. Now I made the mistake of bringing my infant here. They will purposely give you a card with a time on it and put another time in the computer so you’re either treated like trash for being late, or you have to wait an hour. They will refuse to look at the card and then act like they don’t know where you got it from. These people live in another world of craziness and I don’t know how they even have jobs. Please find a better care provider for your kids.

Dr. Watson does not deserve a profession in the medical field. Him and his staff live in another world of craziness. These are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met. Do not take your kids here.
