I can’t understand how a doctors office never emptied their voicemail and it is always full. When you do finally speak to a human being they treat you like a disturbance and give the worst attitude. If they fired the whole office staff and started over they might be a better place to doctor with, but we all know they aren’t gonna do that. There’s a warm body in the seat that knows how a computer and phone works. Too bad these office employees get in the way of patient care.

First visit I get prescription for medical condition and tell him knee is hurting. Clinic states they will send out referal. One month later no referal oops wrong address. I go in again state knee hurting. no pain meds but they have right address so will snail mail a referral for xrays. By the time I get the referral I had to go to urgent care to get cortizone shot as pain was unbearable. Go visit Ryan again. He looks at the xrays states bone loss and decides another snail mail referral and then once received it takes several weeks to get in to see a specialist. I go to see a specialist. nope payment needed before specialist can see you. I called their clerk and billing department to confirm I was covered. 7000 dollar maximum reached. Nope we made a mistake but you have to pay for it. I went to see another known specialist(seen in a week) in town. You have no bone loss you have gout . Pain gone next morning. Buyer beware not only the doctor but also BHC clinic. IMO PAINFULL!!!

Dr. Hunley is a very good listener! I would highly recommend him. His office staff were polite and very kind. Appointments are always on time! He takes his time to make you feel very comfortable??. I will definitely return!
