Good doc. However doc has no Co? trial of anything that goes on in the office since he is in a group. Office staff has a very large turnover and are rude and unprofessional. Office cannot keep a constant office manager. Frances Sizemore and Jaimi Puckett, office managers are also very rude and use their title of their position unprofessional with patients. Since the healthcare systems have merged, the physicians that are in the whole group under the umbrella of Ballad Health Medical Associates have no control or say so of their office. They are just employed by Ballad and cannot call the rules in their office. Both of the office managers are over using their power which should be made by physicians. I would definitely think twice before ever going to a Ballad Medical Associates facility.

I have been a patient of Dr Sadeghi for years!!! He is the kindness professional smartest doctor I know of and I am so thankful to call him my doctor. He knows a lot about everything and is very thorough in any needs you may have. He is a good listener as well!!

The doctor is excellent. However, the office is managed VERY POORLY. The office was located in a suite across from Holston Valley Hospital in the Physicians Building for many years. Then recently, due to the merger of Ballad Heath, the office moved to a location near Indian Path. Only two individuals, which were office staff followed the move to this different location. I was in to see him over a problem that will require a cardiologist and neurologist three weeks ago and still no refferal. I know not him as much as Ballad health to blame but kind of agrivating

Dr sadeghi is a great man I was always scared of drs because of my past experience my first dr I told I had horrible neck pain and couldnt feel my hands and arms alot he said tennis elbow come to find out to vertabrea crushing my spinal cord and been that was about 15 years had to have emergency surgery to cut disc out then the neuro surgeon didnt tell me about a 11 by 4 mm syrinx in my spinal cord syrinx fluid filled sack that done so much damage that pain will never go away but sadeghi helps m
