Smart Doctors but theyNEVER return phone calls. I have left at least 6 messages with some very important issues and they haven’t returned a call. Very poor communications.

Dr Ahamad is a very personable, he is a clear communicator. In the two years I have been going here I have always found both Dr Ahamad and the staff to be well organized and friendly.

Dr. Vu is the greatest doctor in the Tri Cities area!! He is so polite and cares about his patients and he says it like it is whether you like it or not and that's what we like about him. His office staff are nice, polite and care about you as a person! Great job to all!!

I would like to express my appreciation to Dr. Sath Poobalasingham for the expert care he has provided me and also for being so kind and considerate. He is very professional and takes time to explain every situation. I would recommend Dr. Sath to anyone who needs competent kidney care.

Most of the staff at this facility are friendly and efficient, however, Dr. Sath's medical assistant is disrespectful. Because I have to deal with her every time there is a contact to or from the office, I find myself getting stressed just thinking about having to contact her. This is not the way I want to feel when I have to deal with my failing kidneys and life and death issues. Another problem is that Dr. Sath is slow to follow up on the results of my bloodwork. I don't feel like a priority. So, I might get an "urgent" call to change something about my medications a few weeks after having had my blood test.

I had to visit Dr. Sath Poobalasingham, M.D. in regards to a protien spillage in my urine, the Doctors was very helpful and professional, he was great in explaining in detail on the steps of upcoming tests in diagnosis my condition, which will take follow up work to determine treatment and the next steps, I appreciate very much there are folks like him who dedicated their lives to help others such as myself. These folks are friendly and professional .

While Dr. Poobalasingham seems to be a good doctor, his office staff members are not pleasant or helpful. They continually delay questions or simply don't answer or return voicemails. If how you are treated is important, this office is not where you want to be.
