We just want to say how grateful we are to Dr. Fuerst for saving my daughters sight after a retinal detachment in one eye & retinal thinning in the other! She healed faster than anticipated AND she was able to attend the college basketball visit she had planned and won their three-point shooting contest.

I have been a patient of Dr. McMillan's receiving eye injections to treat CRVO. I am self pay and my work requires travel. Initially, I was made to feel the condition was severe enough I was given an emergency treatment 1 day after diagnosis, then had a 2nd scheduled injection. At that appointment a 3rd follow-up was scheduled and I was advised that if my vision continued to improve I could reschedule and have treatments PRN. My vision began deteriorating in late may and scheduled a visit in June. I was advised then to start treatments again ASAP. At that time, the next available treatment date was Aug 1. If these treatments are so critical, why are they offered so infrequently? Why are they so hard to schedule? Why are they so difficult to reschedule when one is missed due to delays in travelling across the country to make? I feel I should find a different company to deal with. Your staff isn't very flexible, or helpful. Neither is the availability of treatments. How was an "emergency" treatment able to be scheduled in one day yet each subsequent one has been a disaster? Something's not right. The majority of patients I've seen at the office are geriatric and probably don't work or have little issues meeting YOUR schedule. I expect nothing to change, why should it for such pompous, condescending physicians?

My husband has been seeing these doctors for a year due to hemorrhaging and partial retina detachment. Today he suddenly lost sight in his left eye and THEY REFUSE TO SEE HIM!! Making him go to BRISTOL on June 1. To say the least, I am FURIOUS
