Dr. Hart is great. She is down to earth does very well with explaining issue at hand. I feel I was fortunate to have her on call when I was admitted to the hospital and to be the surgeon performing surgery. Most surgeons would have jumped into an open surgery which would have been more painful. Dr. Hart took the time to make sure that she completed the surgery with robot technology thus making the pain much less and severe. Being someone that has to work to make ends meet this was great as the time off work was not as much either. I would highly recommend her.

We were scheduled to have surgery with her but noticed the PA hadn’t been approved yet. So we called to make sure everything was okay. Staff seemed irritated that we called to check on it. Next thing we now the PA went through, but now the hospital canceled our appt per their office due to lack of staff. Per hospital, we were still scheduled and they had staff. Call Harts office back, oh well yea there’s staff there but she doesn’t like that group of nurses. They rescheduled us to the next week. Then we got a call the Friday before, she canceled due to emergency, referred us to another surgeon, staff told us she would be out for a while & refused to postpone it until she returned, Harts nurse told us “I know you’re in pain with a flare up but it’s not like you have cancer” Daughter called this week to inquire about a new referral for her husband, they could get him in within 2 wks, w/potential surgery 1-2 wks after consult. Lies to patients, no longer has our respect

I'm hurting worse then before I had the surgery. She would only do the hernia repair with mesh, which is not what I wanted. I would not recommend anyone see her if your on tenn care.
