Whatever you do don’t go to this place!! The doctor is a joke an rude. Got the paper work wrong for my dad an tried calling him a liar because of their mistake. He treated my dad like a dog, told my dad didn’t care if he came back or not. I will never be back to this place nor will I recommend this to anybody. Only giving them a two because the nurse staff was super nice.

Dr. Fry has been treating my wife for five years for liver and gastrointestinal problem. Five weeks ago he ordered a liver biops, his nurse called a week later advised us it was advanced non alcoholic cirrhosis. She then told us it would be four weeks before he could see her, meanwhile her condition deteriorated rapidly after several calls to his offices he still refused to see her. We took her to the Johnson City Med Center ER, where she was admitted, to another Gastrointestinal Group who thankfully immediately started treating her. If we had waited for three more weeks for Dr. Fry to admit and treat her she wouldn’t have survived. My wife and family have lost all respect for Dr. Fry and his practice, if you are seriously ill avoid this practice.

I decided to go see Dr. Fry after seeing an advertisement on TV, and I did not even want to go back to Ballad Health. I am very happy I made that decision. I am very pleased with all locations. And very happy they now have a Greeneviile TN location. The staff, PA's and Dr. Fry were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Any future issues I will definitely go back to this team.

Had a colonoscopy. The entire experience was good. Very caring and pleasant staff throughout. Dr. Fry was very good at explaining results and addressing some additional health concerns.

My grandmother was visited by this doctor when she was admitted to the hospital. His words and mannerisms gave the impression she was a waste of his time and was unprofessional. I do not recommend.

This place does not care about your time or your care.And when you think your visit is with dr fry it is with a nurse practitioner,and the wait time is outrageous.Go somewhere else.

It was time for my first colonoscopy and I was referred to Dr Fry. From my pre procedure visit to my procedure I had a great experience. Friendly staff,clean facility, and great doctor. Would highly recommend
