List of Stephen Yallourakis's Reviews
Not recommended for seniors who have advantage plans Seniors choose an oral surgeon in network to avoid paying outofpocket My husband had additional insurance coverage that was contingent on filing for reimbursement. If this office had provided appropriate documentation we would have had no bill. Staff said they would provide appropriate forms during initial visit. Multiple requests and phone calls later we did not receive anything other than a bill. We were out over $1000 when we didnt need to be. This oral surgeon has no special expertise. Nor is he personable. Dont be fooled by he is in HMG network. Save yourself hundreds by going to someone in your insurance network.
Dr. Yallourakis is a very decent surgeon. That is why I rated 2 stars. As opposed to 0 His character and demeanor are quite questionable... He has a terrible attitude. He treats his patients as if they are inferior and moronic. He definitely has a chip on his shoulder and a strong “God complex”. An extremely rude individual whom needs to work on his people skills.
Just had a tooth extraction yesterday. This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Its sounds odd to have tooth extraction and best experience in the same sentence but Dr.Yallourakis and his staff provided a superb customer service experience. I am a consultant and a professor of customer experience and I have used many of my experiences as examples of what not to do. I plan to use this experience as an example of best practices. I highly recommend Dr. Yallourakis.
I was very impressed with the quality of care of this office. Dr. Yallourakis was very concerned with how my daughter would be best served and the best way to save the teeth that were being affected by a growth. I would recommend this office for their his honesty and concern for their patients.
Dr. Yallourakis is the best
part 2 Also I want to point out that he was rude when saying what he said. I knew I needed to pay for the first visit. I waited another hour and thought I was going to have to walk out because i was going to be late to pick my kid up from daycare. i thank they herd me talking to my husband complaining about what has happened so far. they Finnish up and send me to pay my bill. when i go to pay they get me to pay first for this visit. then tell me that he wont file with my insurance. So to make my point i sat there from 320 to 550 wasting my time and my money. Something needs to be done about this place. Also he said he would wanted to wait till one of my teeth was worse even though he said it looked infected.
I dont remember much about getting my wisdom teeth out besides crying and taking a very long nap once I got home. However the recovery time was much quicker than expected. Highly recommended as an oral surgeon 👍
Was given medication I listed as an allergy that caused altered mental status amnesia and compromised respiratory previously. Then wanted to blame me for the reaction
I was born with a rare connective tissue that no doctor managed to spot and most doctors diagnosed for something else. When I saw doctor Yallorakis for an extraction he managed to spot that the overcrowding of my teeth was actually a sign of connective tissue disorder he is also an MD And he referred me to the right doctors from there after doing a great job with the extraction.
After being in a severe car accident I thought my teeth would never be the same again. It was going to take extensive oral surgery to fix the damage. Its never good news but Id rather have heard it from doctor Yallourakis than anyone else. Hes friendly qualified and an experienced oral surgeon who managed to restore my teeth to better than they looked before with less pain than I could have expected

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
