Dr. J has seen my daughter several times and has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure she has great care. She and her staff are excellent communicators and have always responded promptly to schedule appointments, coordinate labs, and answer questions. She has handled my daughter’s anxiety during appointments so gracefully and patiently. We will never go anywhere else for my children’s urgent care needs as long as Healthy Sprouts is around. Such a huge blessing!

Dr. Jeansonne is a wonderful, caring and very intelligent pediatrician! She interacts with children and parents so well, while providing education and direction on follow ups, illness, and expectations. We are so happy to be able to have this service in the comfort of our home. Also, nurse Sam is wonderful! She checked in on us daily and provided timely updates. We really appreciate Healthy Sprouts and House Calls! Our son said, “I really like Dr. J; she is so cool”!

Wonderful experience, it’s been hard to get in with our regular pediatrician lately, we’ve seen Dr. J twice, she was able to come out same day, to our home, prescribed medicine, was patient, kind and professional.

We love that Dr Jeansonne makes house calls so we don't have to go into the office for sick visits. Also appreciate that she communicates with our regular pediatrician and follows up to check on the boys after her visits. Absolutely recommend Healthy Sprouts and House Calls.

Dr. Jeansonne is pensive, mindful, and dedicated to the welfare and wellness of both our children. She and Sam have both been an absolute delight to work with for everything from something as simple as a flu shot to a routine wellness check. We feel blessed to have this detailed care for the family. We also feel at ease that she is no longer a part of Ballad Health.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Jeansonne for almost 4 years and absolutely adore her! She sincerely listens to any concerns you may have. She truly advocates for the children and has their best interest at heart. She’s never been rude or impatient. I trust her knowledge and advise. Words can not justify how highly we think of her!
