Very nice experience. Still a bit unclear about test result interpretations given but quite a comfortable experience. Doctor was welcoming, friendly, spirited andbprofessional. He addressed my sudden anxiety-ridden health predicament with a reasonably concerned and considerate tone which was HIGHLY appreciated and all that patients should ever request/expect from any doctor. He delivered that and it put me at ease. I was full of anxiety & fear about my future life. He reassured me and calmed my fear. Feels good to know there are still at least some doctors out there that do care about the patients well-being. Too many today treat patients just the opposite of the above being more concerned about whether they will receive payment for a mere 3-5 min. Patient-Doctor Interface Time Period after 30,45,60 min. Patient Wait Time. As the JCAH, the AHA, the AMA Healthcare Industry Studies always stated as far back as Early 1980's that decreasing wait times is good but increasing patient interaction time frames is gravely required to administer proper more targeted healthcare solutions aiding patient retention and thus clinical viability, revenues and it's success. Hope All Medical Personnel reads this especially incoming personnel. The industry needs more emphasis on 'Patient Interaction'. By the way, tape on public seating huge no! Inner Facility wait room needs chair upholstery replacement.

I don't know how to take the women up front but far as everyone in the back and nurses are super friendly and sweet. Dr Wallace is a super nice doctor. Very understanding and Is concerned about your health. That's two thumbs up for me.

We love the staff at Meadowview ENT. Appointments are easily made, staff are very friendly and Dr Wallace is a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend Meadowview ENT for surgical procedures and all pediatric ear, nose and throat problems for your child.

I have been a patient of Dr Wallace for several years. The office staff is always prompt about getting me in and the Dr gets the situation diagnosed and gets me back on a healthy track. He is a wonderful Dr. And he is very understanding!!
