Dear Dr. Steptoe, Good morning! I wanted to take the time to personally thank you and your staff for your dedication to patients. As you know, I had been quite sick for a period of time. I appreciate your willingness to care for me in a loving manner. Having a physician and staff that "listen" intently to my needs is rare. I never feel rushed, pushed through, or just another patient at your office, but treated like a sick precious diamond. Your knowledge and compassion shown not just by you but even the front desk staff is rare. This type of selfishness is missing in our crazy world today. So "Thank You!!!!! Never forget that what you do does make a difference and is appreciated by me. Praying for you and all as we go through this pandemic together. May God continue to grant you wisdom and health hands. Dr. STEPTOE HAS BEEN MY Doctor for around 11to12 years he has a great attitude!!!!!!He is the best Doctor in in Kingsport an in this area I hope his family is doing well I have alot of respect for Dr. StepToe an he is also a great person me an my Dad both see Dr. StepToe him also listens to what you have to say unlike others in this world...... Dr StepToe has a very hard Job an I have a lot of respect ...

This Dr and I use that term LOOSELY took over as my fathers primary care when Dr Jenkins left, now after my fathers death in early June this person is refusing to sign the death certificate and won't actually log into the state's system to officially REFUSE so we can get the info to a real Dr who actually TOOK CARE of my father to sign. I hope the way you spoke to me and my family today comes back to you a million times over!!!!!!

VERY GOOD DR WHO CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. SOMEONE MENTIONED BEING LATE...YES THE FRONT OFFICE IS NOT THE NICEST.

Dr Steptoe and his nurse are great! He listens and takes his time, never rushes a patient. I agree with someone else on here, the front staff are always rude...that is why my husband left and went to a different dr. But I will put up with the rude, hateful front staff.

Dr.Steptoe is wonderful,but this hats off goes to a nurse named Heidi. I called and was 10th in line to talk to a nurse when Heidi answered after after a prolonged period of time. I have to say she was fantastic and treated me with patience, respect,empathy and that my call was the most important task she would have to complete that day.This nurse is a keeper. Please give her a smile(and a raise!) Thank you,Heidi.
