Check in is slow... waiting room time is sometimes more than 15 minutes. Everyone is nice. Just being honest.

A welcome exception to "you get what you pay for". Knowledgeable, professional, always ready to explain things . . . and all for a reasonable price. Has also helped me find lower cost alternative treatments to deal with side effects and skyrocketing prescription drug prices. I have been seeing Dr. Hahn (the Younger) for close to 10 years, and I couldn't be happier with his care. Staff, on the other hand, is a trifle uneven – some of the desk staff have occasionally left me just standing there for a loooong time. And they are not always prompt to contact Dr. Hahn when something comes up when he is off premises - once I was issued an erroneous prescription (due to a sloppy computer file update), and despite my exhortations, they just would not call him for the correct info.
