I absolutely love Aesthetic Elevation! I see Amy majority of the time, but all the ladies there are amazing! Amy has helped me sooooo much with HRT and I also love having the membership for the perks! 😁

Monica is an incredible nurse injector, and she is the only injector I trust. I see her regularly Dysport and HydraFacials, which have made a huge difference in keeping my pores clear and wrinkles at bay. Monica is extremely knowledgeable, stays current on the latest techniques and treatments, and genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients. I trust her completely and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone skilled, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! Lori and the AEK team are kind and accommodating and the office is clean and gorgeous. I have so much fun each time I visit! I LOVE the monthly packages. It’s the best value in town. The skincare product selection is curated and scientifically backed. As a former aesthetician, I am confident AEK is the very best med spa in Knoxville.

I cannot recommend Aesthetic Elevation and their Morpheus8 facial and body treatments enough! I was excited but terrified to have needles stabbed in my face and body over and over. However, Lori went completely above and beyond to make me as comfortable as humanly possible throughout the entire process. She was extremely thorough, taking the time to explain every single step, manage my pain, and check in on how I was feeling. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and the quality of her work rather than just rushing you through the appointment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and so kind. If you are hesitant about trying Morpheus8, do yourself a favor and book here. You will be in the best, most caring hands.

I had never had a real facial before & wasn’t sure what to expect with the hydrafacial. However, Courtney was amazing! She explained everything so well. She made sure I was relaxed during my facial. She did an exceptional job. Took her time & gave me the full experience. My face felt so refreshed & clean afterwards. Recently I also had Botox & filler done by Courtney as well. She talked me through the whole process & i felt very confident in her skills. I’m in love with my results, Especially my lips I could just look at them all day long! I will definitely keep using her for any service I receive!
