Dr.R,Alan Rice, He is a excellent doctor kinda old school but is but front and honest with his patients and you never have to wait long to see Dr Rice and all of his staff now are wonderful and prompt. I would recommend Dr Rice to anyone

Nurse Scarlett took a blood sample without leaving any bruising. Very efficient in her work. She's a real keeper. I've had several bad lab sample experiences at Dr Rice's office so please do not move Scarlett!!! Also, as usual Dr Rice makes me feel more comfortable with my situation and has provided the process details for next steps in my diagnosis. He's the best

I went here for an appointment last week. Dr. Rice is a nice man, but his office seems disingenuous and incompetent. I went in for a general physical and the person who took my blood poked me twice in the wrong part of the arm and kept twirling the syringe needle so I have a gigantic bruise on about half of my arm now. I know where you are supposed to pull blood from and he was nowhere near close. It is clear he was not trained. I had to get a more experienced person to take my blood, which should have been done in the first place. Why have an inexperienced person, who obviously still needs training, stick a patient without supervision?!!!!!! On top of that, this person did not submit my test requests correctly and the office tried to say it was a lab error. However, I can see in the secure messages from the lab that the test requests were not submitted properly. It was the fault of the doctor's office and they did not own up to it. Instead, they tried to get me in for another visit to "redo" my labs so they can collect more money from me.
