Allison Eaton's Online Review Report Card

Pregnant women BEWARE!! She is the most negligent doctor I’ve ever met in my life. Her negligence put mine and my daughter’s life at risk when I was pregnant. Around week 33 or so of my pregnancy, I began feeling extremely dizzy and I noticed my blood pressure stayed high for the most part. Went into labor and delivery and I had the displeasure of seeing Dr. Eaton that day. She insisted I get a COVID test because “dizziness is a symptom of COVID.” I was appalled, but complied. The test was negative, as I knew it would be. I knew something was seriously wrong with me and all she did was ignore my concerns and after one normal blood pressure reading, she sent me home to suffer. Thankfully, at my 37 week appointment, the physician I seen took my symptoms seriously and insisted I go to labor and delivery. I was then diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and was induced. Turns out my urine sample Dr. Eaton took the last time I went to labor and delivery for to check for protein, a strong indicator of pre-eclampsia, was literally 0.2 away from being diagnosable for pre-eclampsia. She didn’t care and sent me home anyways. She’s a disgusting person who isn’t qualified to be treating pregnant women, or anyone in general, if she’s going to send seriously sick people away to potentially die. She needs to be thankful that both my daughter and I survived pre-eclampsia with no lasting damage or I would’ve sued her. I’m writing this review to hopefully deter pregnant women from coming to see her; it could cost you and your child your lives.

Dr Eaton is one of the best OBGYN in Knoxville. She is knowledgeable, kind, efficient and cares about your well being and concerns. I highly recommend her.

I love Dr. Morgan! She is great, extremely friendly, and makes me feel really comfortable. Sherry in the office is also, really friendly and helpful. Everyone at the office is great and kind, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Eaton is an amazing and skilled physician. Throughout my two pregnancies, Dr. Eaton provided attentive, proactive, compassionate and skilled care in order to ensure for the health of my children as well as my own well-being. Dr. Eaton remained patient despite my ongoing worries and answered each of my questions (a great feat). When concerns presented, Dr. Eaton promptly addressed while reassuring me all would be well. It was amazing to feel cared for in a compassionate manner during a very vulnerable yet incredible time, pregnancy. I was always confident in her judgment and collected/calm manner. Regarding appointments, the staff ensured for timely check-ups and I was always made to feel like a priority by Dr. Eaton. In part, thanks to Dr. Eaton, I have two beautiful, healthy little ones (14 months apart). I feel lucky to continue as her patient.

This dr. Kept me waiting a full hour after my appointment time before I ever spoke to a dr. And i was 30min early. Just to be told they couldn't do exam that i needed to see if treatment she recommended was even necessary.

I love Dr. Eaton!! She is one of the most caring doctor's I have met. I never feel rushed with her. Having exams done with an OBGYN can be uncomfortable, but Dr. Eaton is really good at making you feel comfortable. I really can't say enough wonderful things about her.

I see Dr. Murphy and this review DOES NOT reflect her. She is amazing!! But this review is for the people making appointments. They are very, very rude on the phone and I’ve also tried to make an appointment for 2 days and they keep telling me that a nurse will call me back and they never have. Also, I’m a hairstylist and don’t have time while I’m at work to be on hold for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to take my call. I understand they may be busy but it’s just very frustrating when I’ve called 5-6 different times the past 2 days to make a simple appointment that I have to have done next week (I have to have it done next week because that is Dr. Murphy’s orders for the tests we are running). I’m just very frustrated and do not know what to do when no one will call me back/make me a simple appointment. The only thing keeping me from switching to a different OB/GYN office is Dr. Murphy bc like I said, she is great and this review DOES NOT reflect her!

I have been very happy with Dr. Eaton. She is easy to talk to and was very involved in my total care. I would highly recommend her.

She is a humble lady. She shows special interest in me and my family. She communicates well in person or by phone with answers.

Dr. Eaton listened to my concerns and discussed with me rather than dictated to me options for treatment. She was open to the concerns I brought to the discussion about her preference for treatment.
