Dr. Goin’s treats patients like numbers instead of as human beings with concerns. He rushes through visits and gets visibly frustrated when asked questions. He is prescription happy and doesn’t include patients in their treatment plans. Go literally anywhere else.

If anyone has complex medical issues, I do. Autoimmune disorders, vein malformations, random lumps, blood sugar issues, psychiatric complaints... I started having this problem where I felt like I was being strangled and that my brain wasn't getting enough oxygen. I had tried everything...even self-medicating! Many other doctors would have dismissed this as a psychiatric condition. Hypochondria perhaps? I was a mystery patient for a long time until Dr. Goins suggested I try a new neurologist. I don't have the best insurance, but Dr. Goins was able to get me into see a new neurologist with all my complex problems. I was able to get the answers and surgery I needed and realized I had been dealing with these symptoms for over 20 years but had been blaming them on my other conditions. Several of the conditions that I have are not curable, but I no longer feel like I am being strangled every waking hour! Thank you, Dr. Goins!!! You don't realize how much you are appreciated!

He actually listens and gives you his undivided attention. He is young and very smart. I am older (79) I have been to a lot of doctors in my lifetime and I will say he is one of the best overall that I have encountered. I am very thankful I found him.

Dr.Andrew Goins is a caring n concerned physician. My sister recommended him to me...I recommended him to my gransdon. We are all.blessed n thankful for him.. A Dr. that cares about his patients. He makes u want to bring him the 1st basket of eggs, the chickens lay, the first bushel of apples picked..one is so grateful to have a trusting, component n caring physician. Love Dr. Goins.

We moved to Knoxville from Oregon and I needed a new primary care doctor. I don’t remember how I ended up with Dr. Goins but, I am grateful for it! He is very thorough and easy to talk to. He follows through on everything I ask of him in a very timely manner. I have needed a few referrals and I have received them spot on. The whole experience with doctors in Knoxville has been Star-studded and miles above my experience with doctors in Oregon. The care, coverage and treatment I have received has definitely been worthy of 5 stars!

I have been seeing Dr. Goins for two years now. He is so caring and loving. Very dedicated and will give you time to share your health story. He is never in a hurry to write a prescription. If you need someone who will clear your worries with a genuine smile this is the Dr. to look for. I always feel good and assured after meeting him.

He is such a nice caring doctor. He helped me get to the bottom of some unusual pain I was having. He recommended me to a neurologist and I found out I have MS. Dr. Goins had already informed me that may be what my issue was. Sincerely then he has been quite supportive when I need him.
