Painful journey with him, he does not listen to you, does not try to help you, does not care about you, a good doctor should be a human being first before being a doctor, this doctor instead of helping us he did harm to us, he does not have any humanity, his nurses are hateful and rude,we do not recommend him and his center.

When at the clinic everyone is so helpful. They will answer all of your questions and fill you with great hope. After you leave the clinic you are on your own. The support staff are rude. The nurse is hateful. They get you to the point of being trapped into their care then you start seeing their true colors. It takes days for a reply on the portal. Once you do receive a reply they just offer to make you an appointment or shrug off your concern. If you call in to get some answers they ask why you are not using the portal.

Doctor Donesky is a nice gentleman and makes you feel taking care of during your visits, however when it's time to work, he will not have a clue (unless your condition is not so serious) and will start 'testing' on you, regardless of the side effects and consequences. I felt like a lab rat with him. I suffer from Stage 4 endo and having a history of breast cancer (estrogen/prog + ), I can't be on hormone replacement therapy, which is why I have been on different meds to avoid having a hysterectomy. I was right about to start on Synarel (was waiting on the med to be shipped to my gyno's office) when I received a message from the patient portal stating that I was non compliant with his treatment options and offering to send my medical history to a different provider that could meet my needs (that was after implying that I am liar). YES, HE ABANDONED ME. So much for his Hippocratic Oath, right ???. So I wanted to prevent anybody who really needs help to feel like I feel. Please, don't be fooled by his manners, seek a different provided, a better and more qualified specialist. One who really cares about patients, they are not easy to find, but they are out there. Good luck if you have a bad medical, chronic, incurable, progressive condition and need real help.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Donesky and his staff! He always provided detailed, clear explanations and displayed kindness and empathy. His staff was equally kind and also consistently enthusiastic while taking care of their patients. I'd highly recommend Dr D and company!

My husband and I have been working with Dr. Donesky for 4.5 years with a break or two for my family's mental health. The first thing Dr. Donesky said to me was that I could get pregnant. Nothing in my file of endometriosis and my husband's poor morphology scared him. He has performed surgery on me and it was flawless. He's been with me through every IUI and IVF cycle. He's tweaked each cycle to better tailor it to my needs. He's understanding, compassionate and not-to-mention a genius. He's pushing this field by researching and always trying to find ways to have better outcomes. Oh, and then there is his staff. They would have me believe I am their only patient. I've never had any trouble getting ahold of his medical assistant for questions, meds, and even gripes. Everyone from the financial team to the front door staff makes me feel loved and supported. I would never had the chance to be pregnant without Donesky and his staff, and that is something I will never be able to thank them enough for.

Let's interns do important procedures instead of having his professional staff do it. Do not ever let an intern do any procedures on you at his office. He doesn't tell you ahead of time he is going to have an intern do it either. My outcome was poor like the artificial insemination was on the table under me instead of in my uterus where it was supposed to be and when I told him he said "sorry" and that was it.
