Bradford Health Services - Knoxville's Online Review Report Card

I have went to the Madison Ala. Facility twice and I could Not have asked for a better facility, team members, counselors etc! They know exactly how to treat each individual individually. They are AWESOME! I completed 21 days in treatment there, completed IOP via zoom from my home, and had 1 year clean. I believe that I if I had went somewhere else I would not have made it one year! Although relaxes do happen which is a totally normal thing and they had bought Stepping Stones which is a Knoxville and a lot closer to my home because I live in Dandridge Tennessee so I decided to go there cuz Bradford had bought it 100% a horrible horrible mistake I think that Bradford hasn't been able to switch everything over to the way they do things and it was miserable there it was the worst time of my life at Stepping Stones so I recommend to anyone until it gets switched over to the way Bradford does things just because it's closer to your home in Knoxville Tennessee do not go to Stepping Stones until they get everything fixed it's not worth it didn't know how the mac program I was offered drugs four times while I was there among several several several other issues they didn't try to offer me IOP they wanted me to go to a halfway house whenever I told them I have to go back to my responsibilities I can do i o p but they said that they wanted me to step down to a halfway house they weren't willing to work with me at all sorry for complaining because Bradford is such a wonderful place but like I said they don't have things switched over so if you're thinking I'll go to Stepping Stones and Knoxville because it's closer to my home please don't until they get everything switched over she used to go to the Madison Alabama office I promise you you will not regret it!!

It's hard changing from counselors but, have learned a lot from them all and just a matter of time I'll be out on my own with my children home this place is the place to be if it comes down to you or a family member fighting for their life... Drugs are such an epidemic around the Knoxville TN area and they are so many like my self stuck in the addicted stage.. don't give up there is help out there if you are ready, willing, and able to make the changes for yourself but, unfortunately as sad as it is no one can take that step but the addict themselves... Have a great blessed day!

Bradford Health has helped my family with hope and a working plan. I can tell you as a skeptic that Bradford Health is professional, thorough and inclusive. Family Therapy is a must in order to understand and ensure recovery of your family member. I could not think of one thing I would have done different while attending their family program while I was in Madison Ala.. Top notch!
