Dr Bragg and his staff are very knowledgeable and skilled at coaching individuals to their specific needs.

It's been 2 weeks since I stopped taking the "healthy" supplements that they put me on. Finally my liver is returning to normal. Bragg weight loss does not monitor your health but luckily my primary did My primary dr is the one that had my blood work done when I started having problems on this program. "Dr" Bragg is not a MD. It is not a safe process. If you do this make sure you have a MD to follow you Now Bragg weightloss will not refund all my money. Here is Braggs last message to me This was after I gave him the opportunity to refund my money or go to court My my you and your threats . You know I have treated thousands and you are the first one that's threatening court. We have very few that don't follow through. You have been so untruthful in your comments. I am usually very accommodating but you just make it really hard. I guess I will see you in court . If you want to be more realistic in your request I would entertain.

My wife & I decided in June of 2024 that it was time to loss weight & get healthier. People at our church doing the Bragg weight loss diet & losing tremendous amounts of weight & keeping it off. My wife has lost 35 pounds & I lost 45 pounds. Also I was scheduled to have a back/neck surgery in July 2024 because of scar tissue & severe inflammation in my neck area, since losing all the weight I did not need the surgery & I've been able to start golfing again. The Bragg weight loss program has changed our lives forever. Doctor Bragg & his staff are the most caring & helpful people to work with, we highly recommend this program to all our friends & family

This place is an absolute scam. Do not waste your hard earned money here. The diet almost killed my husband. It consist of a 600 calorie diet and a ton of supplements. No bloodwork was done and my husbands heart went haywire due to lack of nutrition. This place should be shut down. $2000 wasted!

Spent money time and it didn’t work for me I won’t get into details but never heard or followed up w me ….

I had high hopes for this program. I did not know that I would not have good supplements. My liver functions went way up and kidney function was effected. "DR" Bragg is not able to order any labs or even has an education in medical. When I had concerns he told me "calm down" I tried to have him tell me exactly what was in the supplements but he did not have that information. I was having sever sleep issues, so he told me not to take the one supplement that was most expensive. I have not heard from his office since I paid them $1689. I kept a close diary, did every part and ended up with liver and kidney problems. As well as weight gain not loss He told me it's because I am not like most of his patients, very obesity. He also told me he was busy having fun outside and did not have time to meet me. It has been a very sad and expensive experience. Now I have to have my general dr trying to fix my effects of the supplements. I do not recommend this These are some of his texts I hope this helps someone else

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bragg and his staff. So supportive and encouraging! I never imagined that I could be back down to the weight I am now. I’m healthier than ever and have the tools to stay that way. Big thanks to Dr. Bragg and the Team!

This place is awesome. After finishing up my first cycle I have lost 65 lbs but more importantly I have learned a healthy diet life style to keep it off.

This has been the most life changing experience I have ever encountered. This experience may have not been everything I wanted, but it has been everything I needed. And, the end results have exceeded my expectations. Through this training process I have learned how to be disciplined, respectful to food, patient, and having endurance knowing that what I was doing was good for me. I went from doing everything I knew was good to knowing what I am doing was good. I went from an unhealthy weight, having trouble sleeping, and having stiff joints to a healthy weight, sleeping great, and having lots of energy. I feel like a brand new person! I was most surprised at how much inflammation has been lost. My metabolic age went from 55 to 28. I would recommend this to anyone that is truly ready to take action for your health. Be ready to put in the work, but it is worth it. You are worth it, and you can do it.

This has been the best weight loss program I’ve tried, Dr Bragg is fabulous & very helpful with keeping us on track, both my wife & I can’t thank him enough
