I had the best experience with Natalie at Brook Nix Medical Aesthetics. I had the diamond glow treatment with Dermaplaning done, and I highly recommend. It was my first time with this service, and Natalie was great at talking through the steps and promoting a relaxing, calm environment. Can't suggest enough!

Throughout my appointment, I honestly felt like royalty. Everyone was so attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to walk me through different options for addressing my concerns without ever making me feel pressured or upsold. As someone new to the world of Botox, I really appreciated how honest they were, they didn’t push unnecessary treatments and instead focused on what would look natural and appropriate for me. That level of integrity made me feel like I was in very trustworthy hands. Brooke was absolutely amazing. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable every step of the way, and you can truly tell she is skilled and experienced at what she does.
