Avoid this place at ALL costs! They have zero integrity and are very shady. I purchased a vial of botox on my last visit and did not use all of the botox. When I asked to be refunded for the unused units, I was told I could not get a refund because I "signed a financial document". I did NOT sign any document stating I could not receive a refund for unused services. The financial document they are referring to is the one you sign when you buy a package of laser treatments, which I never purchased and never signed. When I asked for the document, they ghosted me and have ignored all of my requests for this "document". If I actually signed the document, then I don't see why they couldn't prove it and send it to me (common sense). The reason I do not want to use the rest of the units at BYou is that I found out how they run their business. The owner is the one who is doing morpheus and she is NOT licensed. She is also REUSING tips on customers, which should NEVER happen and is dangerous to their patients. They have been reported, but they should not be in business at all. Steer clear of them!

The girls here are so nice and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything very well. The office is very nice and clean. Madie did a great job with my treatment. I will definitely be back for any future needs.

Great first experience here. They offer pretty good discounts when you buy more units. Brennan was great! He seems very knowledgeable and up to date with recent study findings. Will be back!

My experience at BYOU is very satisfying. The staff are pleasant and quite knowledgeable of the services they offer as well as the products they recommend. My results is has certainly turned back the clock with my skin looking refreshed, more plump and hydrated. If anyone is sceptical or curious about trying a new skincare routine or procedure then I highly recommend you visiting the staff at BYOU. They are very kind souls and treat you as a friend.

I have been getting Morpheus 8 on my face and neck and my boyfriend has been getting laser hair removal. We have had the best experiences here. Oksana and Maddie are great. They allow you plenty of time to insure you are nice and numb. I am happy to recommend them to anyone
