I am very lucky that my cardiologist Wendell Lawson referred me to Dr. Callicut. After a CT scan it was determined that my left Cartiod Artery was 💯 percent blocked. Dr Callicut and his nurse Lora both prayed with me and Lora gave me a lucky stone she had painted with amazing grace on it. Both of them set my mind at ease. I was very worried I would not survive. Dr Callicut performed the surgery on 28 July. I was worse than I thought. The plaque had completely blocked the artery and a couple of blood clots were there waiting. With God and Dr Callicut my surgery was successful. Thank You

Dr. Callicutt explained the surgery I was to have very thoroughly and clearly. He also explained the alternatives available to him during the surgery, depending upon what he found when he got to the problem. Dr. Callicutt is very friendly and reassuring. My office visit for follow-up was very efficient and timely. His nurse was most pleasant and friendly and removed my staples with professionalism. I would definitely recommend Dr. Callicutt for any vascular surgery.
