For someone who finished their residency as recently as 2011, Cudzilo acts like it's the 1950s, when doctors were considered gods. He does not like to be questioned and does not respect the patient's and family's choices. Cudzilo needs to take some updated classes in Family Centered Care and Informed Consent.

he is truely amazing

He didn't seem to review forwarding data on the patient remained to busy to show concerned or compassionate repeatedly reading charts outside of patient door. Poor collaboration with other professionals involved treats the disease and not the patient. Staff practices what he models with his action pretty inconsistent all together.
