I have never had such terrible patient care as I had with Dr. Huff. I drove from out of town to the Childrens Urgent Care expecting to get better care and results as they are specialized in children and was sadly disappointed. She did not want to listen to anything we had to say and talked to us like we were stupid. She told us we had to send our child to ETCH by ambulance and could not transport him ourselves which we later found out she could have offered a waiver for us to sign refusing transport saving us a lot of money. She could have treated our child and done everything ETCH ER did but instead she wasted our time and caused us unnecessary expensive bills.
